Single member LLC Operating Agreement


The most important agreement for a business owner starting their company.  The Agreement outlines the name of the company and its purpose.  Capital contributions made and handled are considered. Explaining the duties of members, including duties of care, good faith and loyalty and policies around dissolution. Along with general binding legal provisions such as waiver, applicable law, indemnification, confidentiality, etc. The Operating Agreement is something you keep internally in your files and used as an essential document to protect your business and useful with opening a bank accounts.
