SHIPPING POLICY (as of September, 2022)

Shipping.  

All Items are shipped from Connecticut, United States within 10-12 business days after your order has been processed (see Processing explanation below). Please allow holidays and bad weather to possibly slow down receiving time.

Shipping Rates: Free Shipping for Orders $1000.00 USD or more.  All other shipping is charged based on weight except for Canadian residents there is a flat rate of $180.00 for shipping.  For artwork up to 20lbs there will be a $30.00 shipping fee added.  For artwork over 20lbs there will be a $90.00 shipping fee added.  All orders will incur a $5.00 handling fee.

Hand Delivery:  We offer hand delivery to addresses within 15 mile radius of Bethel, CT (within Fairfield County, CT).  A hand delivery charge of $20.00 will be added to purchase.

 

International shipping. 

We offer international shipping to only Canada residents at this time. However, we are working on adding countries depending on the demand. So if you would like your country added, please email us at info@shantalaster.com with your request.

Processing. 

Your order is processed within 7-10 business days. Once your label is created, a shipping notification is automatically sent to the email you provided.

Lost Packages.

We are not held responsible for lost packages. In the event your item is tracked but you have not received your item(s), please contact your postal carrier immediately for further investigation. Once an item leaves our studio, the liability lives with the carrier and all disputes must be made through that carrier.  We cannot offer any store credits for Lost Packages.
